3.3 Abusive Communications

3.4 Unauthorized Commercial Use

- Using residential service for commercial purposes in violation of your plan terms
- Operating commercial services that exceed fair use thresholds on residential plans
4. Network Management and Data Usage
Starlink® may manage network traffic during periods of congestion. On residential plans, speeds may be reduced after your priority data allotment (e.g., 1TB/month on standard Residential plans) is exhausted. This is standard network management and is not considered a service failure. Business Priority plans have defined data tiers; exceeding them results in throttling to 1 Mbps until additional data is purchased.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your Starlink® account and service
- Ensuring all users on your network comply with this AUP
- Securing your Wi-Fi network against unauthorized use

Violation of this AUP or Starlink's AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the violating activity
- Temporary suspension of internet service
