Important: Satellite Internet Online (Maheen & Ditta) is an authorized reseller. Your Starlink® service, billing, and hardware are ultimately governed by Starlink's Terms of Service at starlink.com/legal. This policy supplements Starlink's policies and describes our reseller-level service commitments.
Starlink offers a 30-day return policy on hardware (dish, router, and accessories). If you are not satisfied with your Starlink service within the first 30 days of receiving your equipment, you may return it for a full hardware refund directly through your Starlink account at starlink.com.
To qualify for the hardware refund:
In select markets, Starlink offers rental equipment options. If you opted for a rental kit, the hardware must be returned in good condition upon service cancellation. Failure to return rental equipment may result in charges up to the full retail price of the equipment.
Starlink residential and Roam plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. You may cancel your service at any time through your Starlink account at starlink.com. Key points:
Enterprise and annual pooled data plans have a 12-month minimum term. Early termination may result in fees as outlined in your enterprise service agreement. Please contact us to discuss your specific enterprise contract terms.
Starlink offers a service pause option for residential and Roam customers. You can pause your service for a monthly fee or for free (availability varies by plan). This allows you to stop service temporarily without losing your equipment activation or service address registration.
Satellite Internet Online charges no separate service activation or consulting fee to customers for standard reseller assistance (plan guidance, availability checks, order facilitation). Our compensation is received through the reseller relationship with Starlink, not charged directly to the customer beyond Starlink's standard retail pricing.
For enterprise consulting, custom quote projects, or dedicated account management services, separate fee arrangements may apply and will be disclosed in writing before any engagement.
Your monthly Starlink service is billed directly by Starlink/SpaceX to your payment method on file with them. Satellite Internet Online does not process or hold your monthly service payments. For billing disputes, changes to payment methods, or invoice questions, please contact Starlink directly through your account at starlink.com.
Where applicable, Starlink charges a one-time demand surcharge in high-demand areas. This fee is set and collected by Starlink/SpaceX. Refund eligibility for demand surcharges is governed by Starlink's policy. Generally, this fee is refunded if service is cancelled and hardware returned within the 30-day return window. Please confirm current Starlink policy for your specific situation.
